This year I am fortunate enough to be in a newer school with newer technology. My classroom is equipped with a teacher computer connected to a document camera both of which are linked up to a large flat screen TV on the wall. This allows us to do show and tell on the document camera, to watch live animal cams, or to play YouTube videos during movement and music time. I am constantly taking digital pictures of my students and their creations in class to turn into slideshows. I am also trying to take more video footage this year, which I haven't done much of in the past. My school also just received a classroom set of iPad 3's which I would love to try and use with my students since we do not have student computers in my grade level, but I don't think they will be available to use until next year. I'm too scared to use my own iPad in my classroom for fear of someone dropping it...
